·We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed by PayPal and governed by their privacy policy.
·We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
·We do not use third-party analytics tools.

3. Your Custom Text Stays Private

Any personal context or custom text you enter during onboarding is used exclusively to generate your audio track. It is never included in marketing emails, shared with third parties, or stored beyond what is required to process your order.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate Innercast, including providers for database and file storage, payment processing, email delivery, and AI-powered audio and text generation. Each provider is carefully selected and only receives the minimum data necessary to perform their specific function.

5. Data Retention

·Your audio files are stored for 10 days from the date of purchase, accessible via a secure time-limited link.
·Order records (name, email, goals, settings) are retained for a reasonable period for business and support purposes.
·You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled file storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Innercast is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
